What you´ll do at BTS

• Prepare comprehensive company or market reports and identify key levers for driving profitability and growth
• Support the team in the deployment of discovery based learning experiences and help facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
• Accompany and support consultants in project delivery, facilitating materials to participants and preparing impactful presentations
• Work in several accounts supporting the team with material generation, market trends research and meeting preparation
• Collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries

• All candidates must be eligible to work in the E.U. permanently without sponsorship
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance, or other
• Degrees
• A desire for extensive domestic and international travel
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Previous work experience is a plus
