Job Description:

• Conceptualize, build, and deliver simulation-based leadership development workshops customized for leaders of all levels of our clients.
• Interview top executives and translate information into the program concept and workshop design.
• Responsible for leading and facilitating workshops.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries.
• Collaborate with global BTS colleagues on multi-national projects for some of the world’s largest and most famous companies.
• Take on the responsibility of growing existing accounts and assisting in creating new business opportunities in India.

Requirements

• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, working with consulting, and/or learning and development companies.
• Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Interest in finance, leadership, and project management; experience is these areas is a plus.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• A mature and professional demeanor.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
• Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods).
• Desire to work in a fun, dynamic, value- driven and high- paced environment.
