Who is BTS? ?

We exist to inspire and equip people to do the best work of their lives, creating better businesses and a better world.

We believe that coaching is one of the key vehicles that helps a leader to embed learnings, bringing concepts and ideas to life by working with that leader within the context of their own challenges and opportunities. We also believe that if you coach at a mindset level you can help a leader to create lasting change at pace, and if you are able to do this at scale then you support the wider organisation to transform. The true power of equipping people to do the best work of their lives.

BTS is a global professional services firm that sits at the sweet spot between strategy and culture, creating powerful experiences to help leaders build the future of their businesses. We have over 800 professionals in more than 30 offices located across six continents meaning we can help leaders and organisations to transform on a global scale, where coaching is an integral part of this transformation.

About the Coach Practice ?

The coach practice within BTS focuses on providing coaching journeys that help to shift individual mindsets in order to support individuals to realise their potential and be at their best.

This can be a stand-alone journey or increasingly as part of a broader BTS experience.

Our solutions can be delivered as one to one coaching, small group coaching or team coaching. What unites all 3 is a belief in the importance of mindset in order to create sustained and impactful behaviour change.

We have 3 main areas of focus

  1. Coaching journeys: as coaching provider of choice or as part of a broader solution, either flexible or supported by leading edge content. Working with individuals to enable them to shine and thrive.
  2. Leader as coach: this is our coaching capability program and equips leaders with a coaching mindset and the skills and confidence to approach every leadership conversation in a coaching style.
  3. Team coaching: seeing the team as an entity that goes beyond a combination of individuals and supporting them to move from functioning to transforming.
