Job Summary:

The work you will do in BTS will be often in the field of leadership, capability and organisational change. You’ll take a deep interest in the human side of business, with a growth mindset, and be passionate about helping leaders transform their organisations in ways that are strategic, effective and human.

You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver our experiences and programmes. You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the full scope of the company’s solutions in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Some of these projects you may be leading. To be successful you must have a drive for business development and achieving client and commercial outcomes. You will love working in teams and care deeply about your colleague’s success.

Please note that you must be fluent in both Korean and English in order to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Managing autonomously complex projects with frequent client interactions, including interviewing top executives and translating the information gathered into the program concept and workshop design
  • Structure, frame, and solve complex organizational and execution problems
  • Building and driving a business development pipeline by growing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Selling solutions that are often integrated (cross-practice e.g. Learning & Development and Assessments) or meeting a variety of complex business challenges. To achieve this, cultivating senior relationships, identifying new opportunities, and key account management skills are critical
  • Demonstrating a deep level of knowledge across your specialist category area, acting as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally
  • Leading and facilitating workshops

Requirements:

  • An outstanding degree from a top University and/or MBA or advanced degree
  • +5 years of relevant experience
  • Deep expertise in Change management, Culture transformation, L&D, or Assessment and Selection, with a good understanding of how BTS’s broader solutions support business issues
  • Proven experience in a people focussed role – ideally as a consultant, but potentially as a change, OD or strategy manager within a complex corporate environment
  • Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Experienced in developing new and existing client relationships - Business development experience is preferred. it’s the consultative mindset and approach we’re looking for here, we’ll help you build the skills you need
  • Exceptional front of room presence, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Alignment with BTS values, including client-centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods)
  • Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English
