What youŽll do

As a Project Enablement Junior , youŽll efficiently manage the execution of comprehensive learning journeys, encompassing diverse BTS practices including Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching, and Digital Solutions. Play a strategic role in BTS's growth by driving data collection and results measurement for learning journeys. Additionally, foster relationships and manage resources for part-time facilitators involved in global projects.

Responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with learning facilitators for timely delivery of online and offline activities.
  • Administer online learning activities and evaluations.
  • Ensure smooth operation of online workshops and platforms.
  • Track participant engagement levels.
  • Coordinate materials and logistics with facilitators and clients.
  • Handle remote onsite program logistics and client communication.
  • Assist in data collection for learning impact measurements.
  • Maintain up-to-date client databases.
  • Project a professional image and collaborate effectively with BTS stakeholders.
  • Support virtual training delivery as a digital resource.
  • Help manage office operations with local and regional team members.

Candidates Must Show

  • Interest in supporting learning programs using digital platforms.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in virtual learning or learning technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis is advantageous. Knowledge in CRM-Sales Force is a plus.
  • Eagerness to support multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities, adaptable to ambiguous situations.
  • Alignment with BTS values, including client focus and accountability.
  • It is necessary to have a work permit in Spain to apply for the position.

  • A fun and flexible work environment with many learning opportunities.
