BTS Leadership
Tracey Bunyard is a qualified Accountant and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in general management across industries spanning Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology. For the past eight years, Tracey has been the General Manager of BTS Australia. Tracey has deep expertise partnering with commercial leaders to create customer value, supporting customer and sales transformations, and delivering business strategy and assessment. Tracey is a proud Indigenous woman who lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.

Stephanie Peskett is a HR practitioner, PCC accredited Coach, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting people and strategy development in the world’s leading organisations. She partners with clients to transform their learning, culture, talent management, and top-to-bottom leadership development initiatives. Stephanie also works with Executives to support major people and organisational change initiatives. Stephanie lives in Sydney with her partner and three children.

They are ably supported by a Director, Commercial Operations, and Head of People Experience and Project Enablement; and with experienced Consultants commited to the BTS purpose.

If you’re just starting out in your career, we will be looking for drive to make a difference, customer orientation and good organisational and commercial awareness. If you are more experienced, it should be in the field of consulting with evidence of client work, experience in the field of leadership or sales capability. You should be a skilled communicator with a natural interest in people and organisations.

What you will do with BTS
The work you will do in BTS will be often in the field of leadership, capability and organisational change. We will develop you in three main ways; developing client relationships, designing solutions and facilitating these experiences with clients.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Some of these projects you may be leading.
