• Are bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable working with international teams (Portuguese is a plus)
• Are passionate about business strategy, leadership, project management, and consultative selling
• Have strong financial analysis skills and are comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Have a growth mindset and are eager to collaborate, innovate, and challenge ideas

What you’ll do at BTS

• Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth
• Work in several accounts and projects with a full overall vision, supporting the team with everything it takes to create powerful experiences to execute strategy through people
• Research and learn about our clients’ businesses and industries identifying key levers for driving transformation, profitability and growth customizing the project to their needs
• Participate in the design and deployment of powerful experience-based learning solutions

Lead senior level executives through discovery-based learning experiences and facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
