You’re a great fit if you:
- Are bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable working with international teams (Portuguese is a plus)
- Have 3-4+ years of experience leading small projects in consulting, finance, strategy, or leadership development
- Are passionate about business strategy, leadership, project management, and consultative selling
- Hold an outstanding degree from a top university (MBA or similar a plus!)
- Have strong financial analysis skills and are comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Have a growth mindset and are eager to collaborate, innovate, and challenge ideas
- Are open to traveling and working with clients across different industries and countries
- Love facilitating engaging sessions and coaching senior executives
- Have a natural ability to build relationships, drive results, and identify growth opportunities

- Engage with senior leaders in top global organizations to uncover key drivers of profitability and growth
- Facilitate immersive, discovery-based learning experiences that challenge the way leaders think and act
- Design and build customized business simulations alongside a team of creative, business-savvy consultants
- Lead small teams and contribute to multiple projects across industries and regions
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and driving impact
