As a Project Enablement Coordinator (PEC), you will play a vital role in delivering world-class programs to our clients across Australia. You will collaborate closely with senior Project Enablement team members and Project Leads to ensure logistics, stakeholder communications, and digital operations run seamlessly.
This is not just coordination—it is client enablement. You will become an expert in platforms, digital delivery, and stakeholder engagement, acting as a functional advisor and partner to project teams. What you’ll do:
Manage project logistics and execution for mid-to-high complexity projects, in partnership with Project Enablement Leads.
Independently manage low-complexity projects including scheduling, client communications, and milestone tracking.
Provide technical and platform support including digital session operations (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and BTS platform administration.
Build strong relationships with clients (internal and external), facilitators, and stakeholders.
Deliver participant management excellence including onboarding, engagement monitoring, and feedback/reporting.
Contribute to insights and results reporting for client impact measurement.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years' experience in an enablement role or administration role.
A passion for precision, process, and people—your attention to detail is matched by your relationship-building skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
A proactive mindset—always thinking one step ahead and finding ways to improve how we work.
Personal attributes which would be key to this role include, but are not limited to, a sense of humour, personal resilience, proactivity, self-starter, the ability to think outside the square, great at building relationships and committed to personal growth and improvement.

Tracey Bunyard is a qualified Accountant and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in general management across industries spanning Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology. For the past eight years, Tracey has been the General Manager of BTS Australia. Tracey has deep expertise partnering with commercial leaders to create customer value, supporting customer and sales transformations, and delivering business strategy and assessment. Tracey is a proud Indigenous woman who lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.
Stephanie Peskett is a HR practitioner, PCC accredited Coach, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting people and strategy development in the world’s leading organisations. She partners with clients to transform their learning, culture, talent management, and top-to-bottom leadership development initiatives. Stephanie also collaborates with Executives to support major people and organisational change initiatives. Stephanie lives in Sydney with her partner and three children.
They are ably supported by a Director, Commercial Operations, and Head of People Experience and Project Enablement; and with experienced Consultants committed to the BTS purpose.
