We are searching for an energetic and proactive Virtual Meeting Operator to join our team in Phoenix. This will be a per diem position, focusing 100% on zoom support, majority of your time will be dedicated to supporting our consultants during their virtual deliveries.

What You'll Do:

• Create scheduled meeting links
• Start and manage meetings
• Create and set options for breakout rooms
• Assist participants in joining session via phone, MacBook or via browser
• Support the facilitator in creating and sharing polls or files
• Scheduling of virtual operations and logistic equipment deliveries
• Understand how to share their screen and possibly share
  • Audio content
  • PowerPoint slides
  • Video
• Answer support questions from participants
• Communicate any issues to the facilitator in a quick and efficient manner
• On occasion the Operator may be client facing and will need to be comfortable addressing participants in a respectful and professional way
• This role is primarily for Zoom but may include Webex or Microsoft Teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Launch up to 5 VMs
• Connect VMs to meeting in required platform (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams)
• Properly launch and monitor sims
• Share sim tool and monitor participant engagement.
• Troubleshoot sim issues (i.e., participants cannot take control, participants lose control, participants cannot make entries, etc.)
• Save, export, upload sim to box
• Advance sim tool to next round
• Properly close sim tool and log off VM
• Lastly, eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship

Compensation: $19/hour as a per diem employee. This opportunity is not benefits eligible.
