This adjunct position will join our flexible contingent workforce from across the globe to deliver client facing solutions. Work schedules and opportunities are on a project-by-project basis.

  • Assessment center delivery for a variety of BTS’s leadership assessment experiences.
  • Create a comfortable assessment environment, conducting interviews, delivering simulations, scoring and interpretation of multiple methods, including integration of behavioral and personality data.
  • Synthesize patterns of behavior and develop a holistic and strategic understanding of the impact and consequences of behavior.
  • Compose comprehensive feedback reports that provides clear, impactful and relevant feedback and reveal overall performance trends.
  • Foster acceptance and ownership of feedback to assessment participants and provide an overview of assessment center performance to managers and/or hiring leaders.
  • Participate in our training, calibration and other activities to ensure accuracy of ratings, quality of reports and extraordinary participant experiences.


  • Masters/PhD in psychology – or work experience in a related field (e.g. HR, Organizational Development)
  • Utilize cultural intelligence and empathy when working with participants from diverse backgrounds (e.g., culture, role, education, gender identity, experience)
  • Assessment center experience for development or selection purposes requiring evaluation against behaviorally anchored rating scales
  • Role play experience ensuring consistency in simulation experiences
  • Credible and able to effectively deliver complex, sensitive results to clients and senior leaders
  • Excellent report writing skills integrating a variety of assessment instruments
  • Empathetic, emotionally mature, and able to learn in new situations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience for junior leadership assessments and 8 - 10 years for senior leadership assessments
  • Must speak and write in English fluently (fluent in other languages is a plus)
  • Strong Deep business acumen is a plus
  • Coaching experience is a plus
