What you’ll do in your role
In your role as Senior Consultant you will be asked to do three things – partner with clients, design solutions and deliver our experiences and programmes. You’ll do this with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations - Global 100 and 500 companies. You’ll learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and then you’ll be shaping the leadership capabilities and culture of the organisation.
Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Some of these projects you will be leading.
The rest of your time is spent creating the amazing concepts and experiences we build for our clients and supporting them in creating lasting and meaningful change. Interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis, testing and launching programmes for our clients. You’ll laugh a lot and have a lot of fun…it’s one of our core values!
