Strategy Execution Consultant

What you’ll do in your role

In your role as Senior Consultant you will be asked to do three things – partner with clients, design solutions and deliver our experiences and programmes. You’ll do this with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations - Global 100 and 500 companies. You’ll learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and then you’ll be shaping the leadership capabilities and culture of the organisation.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Some of these projects you will be leading.

The rest of your time is spent creating the amazing concepts and experiences we build for our clients and supporting them in creating lasting and meaningful change. Interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis, testing and launching programmes for our clients. You’ll laugh a lot and have a lot of fun…it’s one of our core values! And this is all done in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day.

What we're looking for

Skills and experience:

  • We think you have 5-8 years work experience from a consulting background.
  • Proven experience in a people focussed role – ideally as a consultant, but potentially as a change, OD or strategy manager within a complex corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Strong business and financial acumen is a must - a degree in business, finance or economics is ideal as these skills will regularly be called upon as you develop an intimate understanding of our client’s business and how we shape development experiences which are contextually rich in their strategy, business and desired outcomes.
  • Evidence of a passion for building relationships while managing clients.
  • Account management and sales experience is essential…it’s the consultative mindset and approach we’re looking for here and we’ll help you grow in BTS.
  • Able to communicate effectively with everyone you meet, you'll be skilled in leveraging a variety of communication channels, especially those requiring digital architecture.
  • A desire and ability to present to a room that might have 100+ smart, eager people in it is a must.

Location and languages:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English is a must, but additional fluency in any of our European operating languages would be a huge benefit – namely French, Norwegian, Dutch, German.
  • We 've just moved into a brand-new office in Stockholm! and we prefer that you are based in our Stockholm head quarters. Some of our delivery work for consultants remains virtual, and we also travel for some client deliveries.
