Hybrid working: The role will be office based at least 3 days per week (60% of working hours).

The role of Operations Coordinator at BTS:

This is an entry level role within the organisation, well suited to someone looking to progress in a professional service setting.

In this role you will:

  • Initially partner with more experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients and our systems before being allocated to work with your own internal account teams, providing logistical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy our programmes to regional and global clients.
  • You will play a key role in supporting the office management, partnering with an experienced peer and the Head of Office. This will include assisting with day-to-day tasks, arranging and shipping printed materials to be used in our workshop deliveries, as well as shipping and preparing IT equipment throughout Europe.
  • As you learn and develop, you’ll take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. The work is responsive to the projects and clients so the pace can fluctuate.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role so you will need to have the right to live and work in the Netherlands or EU.
