Summary of needs:

· Executive presence
· Ability to lead and drive new sales
· Experience in consulting
· Deep understanding of Leadership, Learning & Development frameworks
· Ability to lead and conceptualize new programs/ learning journeys
· Work across BTS regional units and practices to ensure collaboration

Ideal Candidates will have:

· Experience leading or guiding large clients through learning and development processes
· Business-to-business sales experience, including sales management experience
· Experience selling to large and small companies in a variety of industries
· Passion about Learning & Development
· Strong client relationships in the country, with proven sales success on large opportunities and consistent track record
· Master's degree, preferred with an MBA or advanced similar degree
· 8+ years in L&D role or in HR or business strategy consulting firm
· Experience facilitating leadership development programs, including significant experience at senior levels in organizations
· Ability to sell a vision
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Fluent Portuguese and English – Spanish is a plus
· Mature, humble, professional, hands-on team player

What you´ll do at BTS

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for obtaining a significant market share in strategy, transformation, and leadership/culture activities.
  • Strategically sell learning solutions to executives to new and existing clients in cooperation with other BTS account managers across the country
  • Exceed revenue and profitability goals
  • Earn the role of trusted advisor for HR and also Business leaders at major corporations
  • Enable leaders to execute their vision and strategies through BTS solutions
  • Demonstrate and communicate the philosophy of BTS solutions
  • Bring new customers to BTS
  • Design and facilitate custom learning journeys/development initiatives/workshops
  • Ensure quality on every project
  • Lead others to operate with a client success/results mindset
  • Work collaboratively with team members to grow the business
