The role of Strategy & Business Modelling Consultant at BTS:

Start date: We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

In this role you will:

• Work within a small internal team to partner with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations - Global 100 and 500 companies – to learn how their business works and what their strategies are.

• Conduct research and utilise client data to conceptualise and model the relevant strategic aspects in simulations used in our client solutions. Each simulation is built from scratch and is entirely bespoke to fit the needs of our clients.

• Present the concept to the client, participate in the simulation build and broader project management and then be part of the team that delivers the simulation with the client participants.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. You’ll travel when you’re delivering a programme which comes out to approximately 20% of the time. • Have a skill set that allows you to jump from being highly analytical one minute, to creative and innovative with facilitation ideas the next.

• Can communicate effectively with everyone you meet and can summarise and distil complex concepts and communicate these with clarity.

• Are highly analytical in nature – a PhD would be ideal, a good degree in science, technology, engineering and mathematic subjects are great - and curious about application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

• Can work at pace and are happy working within a small internal team liaising directly with client.

• Are able to focus for hours at a time, sometimes on your own, completing the business modelling required for our simulations.
