What You’ll Do at BTS
As a Senior Consultant or Associate Director, you will:
- Structure and solve complex organizational and execution challenges for clients across industries.
- Leverage BTS’s full capabilities to design and lead multi-workstream projects and client-specific solutions that align with client's strategic goals and deliver impactful results.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and engaging prospective clients.
- Earn the role of trusted advisor for executives at major corporations across industries.
- Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and development programs that drive client success and transformative growth.
- Lead with a client-focused mindset, ensuring team alignment with client success and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Korea team, as well as BTS global leaders and Centers of Excellence (CoE), to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment, ideally in change management, strategy, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in leading projects, and partnering with various business stakeholders.
- Experience in crafting strategic deliverables and managing project outcomes that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business and operating model insights to client work.
- Ability to build strong client relationships, leading to identification and expansion of business development opportunities.
- Accountability and ownership in driving project success, maintaining a focus on high-impact results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Mature, humble, professional, and a hands-on team player.
- Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international, up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods).
- Native Korean and fluent in English.
