What You’ll Do at BTS

Responsibilities include:

• Sales Support: Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze client databases, support account managers, etc.
• Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in executing B2B marketing campaigns, manage content and email marketing, etc.
• Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage small to medium-scale events for clients, etc.
• Web Page Development and Management: Create and manage local web pages, etc.
• Content and Materials Support: Assist in creating branded marketing and sales materials, etc.
• Collaboration with Global Teams: Coordinate with global marketing teams to align and support local marketing activities, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related industry
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with digital marketing tools and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong multitasking abilities and a sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and excellent collaboration skills
• Native Korean and fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting or similar industries
• Experience in handling diverse tasks in startups or small organizations
• Project management experience
• Data analysis and report writing skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
