We are looking for someone who can support facilitators during virtual workshops for our clients. Communications during the workshop is Japanese.

You will support the facilitators by:

• Marking attendance
• Assisting the facilitator to monitor timing at each activity
• Operating Zoom as a host (e.g. breakout room, broadcasting, sharing screen and files)
• Communication with the facilitator via Slack

Required Experience/Skill

• Experience with Zoom
• Advanced proficiency in Japanese
• Experience with Slack is a plus
• English proficiency is a plus

NOTE

There are two types of workshops.

• Session period - 8:00 - 17:00 (Break: 45mins - 1 hour)
• Session period - 8:00 - 18:00 (Break: 45mins - 1 hour)

We'd like to have an alignment meeting/training before the actual workshops to prevent any troubles.
We will propose several possible dates, and you can choose dates based on your availability.
Although the role involves supporting virtual workshops, you will be required to work on-site at our office in Yotsuya, Tokyo.
