Our Executive Coaching (EC) Center of Excellence focuses on individual executive coaching that helps senior leaders build self-awareness, understand their impact, envision how they want to lead, and then navigate a path to being as effective as possible. The Executive Coaching COE was formed in early 2023 when BTS acquired The Boda Group, and is growing fast. We have an incredible team of experienced, highly skilled, and committed colleagues who bring great passion and deep capabilities to our clients.

We are a virtual team that values relationships and invests in them through regular connections.

  • Building meaningful relationships with, and knowledge of, each executive coach on our team: Getting to know each coach’s capabilities, strengths, coaching & leadership experience, and preferences; listening to each coach’s recorded coaching to know their coaching style and approach; reviewing coaching quality data and 360 evaluations; and developing a complete picture of each coach.
  • Collaborating on staffing decisions: Working closely with our directors of coaching to understand each leader’s unique needs and aligning leaders’ needs with our coaches’ capabilities to ensure strong leader & coach matching.
  • Ensuring executive coaches continue to deliver exceptional work for our clients: Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics; addressing client questions and problems collaboratively with engagement managers; and resolving any performance issues.
  • Continuing our strong, vibrant learning community of coaches: Understanding our coaches’ needs and planning and leading our team calls, deep dives, annual team retreat, and other forms of learning and engagement.
  • Personally providing exceptional executive coaching to our clients: Modeling our processes, tools and best practices and upholding our very high-quality standards of executive coaching.
  • Supporting team members with individual questions and needs: Responding to inquiries related to scope of work, client context and expectations, required reporting, compensation, culture, and team expectations.
