What We Are Looking For
In our Talent Insights & Assessment Practice, you will contribute to the development and delivery of custom assessment solutions across the talent life cycle for BTS clients. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a broad scope of capabilities and experience in the psychometric diagnostic and assessment centre world, for example, in:

?You will work in a well-established global practice on multiple projects at one time, across several industries, and with different internal teams across our region. It is vital for us to find a curious and agile person with a desire to apply and extend their skills in a consulting or corporate environment.
We are expecting also a significative experience in managing autonomously complex project with frequent client interactions.
Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology or similars
Full-time
Min. 5-7 years of experience in a HR consultancy firms or 10 years as a talent manager in a top company in the region.
