We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience across a broad range of marketing activities.
You will play a key role in content creation, social media activity, event coordination, visual design and brand initiatives that bring the BTS brand to life and support client work. You will help deliver engaging materials and memorable experiences for internal and external stakeholders, while being encouraged to use AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance your impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Communications:
- Assist with planning and delivering multi-channel marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, web and other digital communications.
- Draft, schedule and monitor social media posts in line with brand strategy.
- Draft content for internal communications such as newsletters, announcements and posts.
- Support the creation and maintenance of content calendars and marketing timelines.
- Support the Marketing Manager with strategic marketing, content and event planning.
- Assist with post-activity reporting and analytics across initiatives.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses and providing regular reports on budget performance.
- Graphic Design:
- Act as a custodian of the BTS brand visual identity, ensuring consistent brand application across all marketing and client-facing materials.
- Create on-brand visual content including materials for social media, presentations, proposals / RFPs and events.
- Use tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality, professional materials.
- Internal and External Events:
- Provide administrative, coordination and logistical support for internal and external team and client events, webinars, and conferences including sourcing venues and supplier liaison.
- Assist with event communications, promotion and onsite/virtual delivery.
- Help manage event-related follow-up, such as feedback collection and reporting.
- Cross-Business Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement, Consulting and Project Enablement teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to gather content, stories and imagery for use in marketing and communications.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the global and regional marketing teams ensuring consistency and alignment.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce; familiarity with other marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite) is highly regarded.

- Experience: One to two years’ experience in similar roles, including internships, volunteer work, or previous corporate positions in marketing, communications, events or related areas.
- Motivated: An interest and eagerness to learn and understand B2B marketing, particularly in professional services consulting.
